Conveying Line

The conveying line starts at the quay belt conveyor. The material will be than conveyed into an elevator. At the top of the elevator the material will be thrown into a gravity pipe that lets the material slide into a belt conveyor on the boom. At the end of the boom the material falls into the telescoping loading pipe that delivers the material to the desired position of the loaded hatch.

Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system operates the following drives:
  • kick-in/kick-out cylinder of the vertical pipe
The hydraulic system consists of:
  • Set of hydraulic pipes, fittings and hoses for the complete installation
  • Hydraulic unit complete with:
    • oil-tank
    • electric motor
    • hydraulic pump
    • control valves for all hydraulic drives
    • level indicator
    • heating
