.....NEUERO. Two new ship unloaders for grain will be delivered to Iran this year by Neuero Industrietechnik of Germany, bringing to six the total number so far supplied to this country. The unloaders are fully mobile and selfpropelled with each wheel turning to provide a short turning radius. This high manoeuvrability allows the equipment to be precisely positioned at speed in the best operating position. Each unloader has a rated capacity of 280 tph for grain with two main electric motors of 110 kW each (consumption of 0,85 kW/ton).

The equipment has a buffer inside the column to reduce dust emissions when loading trucks, and the 27 m boom can be lowered to the ground for maintenance and inspection. The unit has also integrated a three ton lifting hoist to introduce payloaders into the ship's hatch.

A total of 12 Neuero pneumatic unloaders have also been delivered to the port of Alexandria in Egypt. Each of the GSD250/250 D TA90 units have a maximum capacity of 140 tph, incorporating a boom with hydraulic system for luffing, swivelling and telescoping. All controls operate through pendant control.

Bogasari Flour Mills has also ordered two new Neuero ship unloaders for its new jetty in Jakarta, Indonesia. Each unloader has a capacity of 1000 tph with one unit having a load out system for 400 tph. Both units are equipped with an independent seven ton crane, and are currently under construction.
