Unloading of seagoing vessels and loading of barges and vice versa

A well known way of transshipment of grain and other bulk materials. Maximum capacity is achieved due to continuous feeding with large volumes of material, relative short distance between the transfer points,  minimum idle periods and chances of blockage by foreign bodies.

Unloading of barges and loading trucks and railway wagons

The mobile pneumatic conveyor GSD can be positioned on a quai, supported with a hopper trucks or railway wagons can be loaded.

With allocating the mobile conveyor on the ship's deck direct loading of trucks is possible. Due to the turning capabilities of the suction and pressure booms, the GSD can be positioned on the deck with great flexibility.

Unloading of railway wagons or trucks and loading ships

Positioned on a ships' deck the mobile vacuum conveyor can directly unload trucks or wagons filling the ship holds.

Being placed on a traveling gantry the conveyor can load the ship by means of the pressure pipe whilst the swiveling suction line can reach for unloading two parallel wagons. In this case the equipment uses less area of the quay and, with the possibility to swivel 310°, empty wagons on one side can be replaced with full ones while unloading wagons on the other side reducing demurrage costs.

Allocated on the ground the GSD, due to it's swivel combined with boom lift, can reach the complete length of a wagon or a truck unloading it without the necessity to move it until completely emptied. Such an allocation allows to load ships at a far distance, but in this case means to reduce the length of the vertical loading pipe while the ship draughts have to be considered.

Unloading to belt conveyors

Unloading any type of carrier can be done in suction mode only with delivering the material onto a belt conveyor. This can be achieved with pneumatic conveyor of type GS (stands for General Suction) with telescoping suction boom TA7,5 or 9,5 with or without filter.
